It wasn't until I began to study a teaching that leads to self-improvement and is based on renewing the mind, for the advancement and betterment of humanity, taught to us by a very prominent man, that I even heard of healing the body through the proper intake of food. When sickness struck the world, Elderberry syrup
helped myself and my children to boost and support our immune systems. It shortened the duration of our allergy flare-ups, colds, and flu symptoms.
Due to my renewed knowledge on the importance of knowing what we ingest, I wanted to know what my family was taking. Since we lived on Elderberry syrup, I began to cook our own with all natural and organic
